I figured that this plot would be much less common than another "OMG I WOKE UP IN A MAGICAL LAND AND THERE'S PONIES EVERYWHERE" fic, but I knew that it wasn't a concept that hasn't been touched before. I always did find "ponies on Earth" more interesting than "humans in Equestria".

As for your writing, I like the pacing and I didn't notice any typos.  The last line was a nice way to end the chapter, too.
