There're the public's way of telling what you're doing wrong and help you improve your writing in general. They are *NOT* forcing you to do what they want. It is only advice. You can still write whatever the hell you want to write. Just don't expect anyone to like it.

The logical thing to do however would be to actually consider what there're saying. :facehoof:
