Soon to be posted. It's written and is being edited by my prereader. Hopefully he gets it back to me tonight so I can make the edits, clean up, and polish and have it up here by tomorrow. I want it to be of the highest quality so its an enjoyable and memorable read, so please understand if updates take a little longer than normal!

Quick suggestion: "a flash of light blue landed less than a foot in front her face. 'APPLEJACK! Rarity or Twilight is in trouble and they’re at the hospital! Come on, we need to make sure they’re okay!' Rainbow said as fast as she could. The sudden appearance of her friend caused the cowpony to jump back a few feet and yell in surprise."
could probably be written better as

I want to find out what happens at the end. This story is just so engaging, I can't be left sitting at a standstill in front of a wall of sadness. It makes me sad that no one but Twilight and Rarity's family know about Rarity's death. I want to see how they overcome this horrible atmosphere. No rush, just have the story complete.

Update will be out tomorrow afternoon. My prereader decided to take the holiday off :/ but she is working at it as i type this. I'm very sorry for the delay everybody. Chapter 4 is also being typed up right now. i promise the weekend on that one, be it through her or my editing!!!
Throughout this entire chapter i was like 
I couldn't pull myself to crying even though Rarity is my second favorite pony, behind Twilight. I just don't cry when reading stories for some reason. In fact the last time i remember me physically crying was in 2005 when my dad passed away.
Well written good sir. Manly tears have been shed.
“Yeah, Rarity isn’t here yet. That silly filly, she’s going to work herself to death if she keeps up the pace she has been at lately!” Pinkie finished with a slight giggle and a smile.

Personally, I think Rarity was the better choice, cause Rainbow was in the wrong, so she'll have to live with the guilt of what she did to poor Rarity on the second to last day of her life.
Also, nice research on the heart attack scene, at least, I asse that's how heart attacks have been described.
I nearly cried while reading this. It was absolutely beautiful. I was surprised since Rarity's not exactly my favorite pony. I'm so curious to see how you're going to develop Rainbow's rage about not getting to apologize, the loss of an element and Sweetie Belle losing her sister. I can't wait.
Why..... Of all the characters that I have read death fics about, this is the most moving. Rarity may not be on most peoples "best pony" list, but that made her a constant. A pony that was always there to give you advice and help you anyway she could. She will be sorely missed.
Touching and moving (isn't that the same ?). Anyway, very nice writing indeed. You sure have some talent !
Two tiny mistakes, though :

I guess that"s "the". And :

My dad passed when I was six. I never got an oppurtunity to say goodby as I was so young and lived in a different area. It made me sad to think about Rarity's funeral and how it must of been like my dad's. I was the Rainbow Dash of this story unable to say the things I could of today.
Whats messed up is one of the ads that greeted me upon finishing this chapter was about heart attack prevention, thats just screwed up beyond all belief.
Seriously though, I was on the verge of breaking down nearly the entire story, I had to stop multiple times and just sit there to calm down a bit.
Caffum, please continue with this quality fanfic.

You found more than ten ways to describe the verb to cry. Several are disturbingly sad, but they fit perfectly with the mood.

It didn't mention her parents at the funeral either. I think they were there, but since this story is about how the mane 6 deal with the death of Rarity, Sweetie Belle was probably with her parents. Having been to several funerals of my family, unfortunately, I can say that there is nothing that can be said or written how personal loss in a family can be. Attempting to write about it, despite how good this author is at it, would never have done justice to it, especially to the people who have actually gone through it.
Grief, however unbearably sad, is an incredible catharsis, and reading stories like this where you can feel it so raw; it really feels like you're there, and it really feels like a close friend has died. I give a quiet, tearful applause to Caffum's incredible writing ability...
I personally feel like this has been my weakest chapter thus far in the story. I completely scrapped and rewrote it three times during the process. I guess it was just hard to express what I needed to in words for this chapter.
Either way, I hope you enjoy it and I apologize for the lower quality than you are used to seeing. I promise the quality will be back up to par, if not better, with Chapter 5!
