Enjoyed this. A few notes, not really criticism, just some of my stream of thought.
On a technical level, I would advise is to never leave any implement unutilized. There were 10 tentacles, but only 8 were being used. Also Twilight has teats, an anus and a horn. In addition, while the vines had some good thrusting and vibrating action, not much undulating and wiggling.
On a personal level, I would have preferred the oral vine to tongue wrestle her rather than simulate fellatio.
On a logic level, I would say that she should have a moment where she consciously decides not to use her magic to fight back or escape.
Also, instead of making it that the tentacles must complete each directive, it would be better to make them empathic, so they can give the caster what she wants whether she realizes it or not, and be aware if the caster is in distress or not. Otherwise Clover is a silly pony.

It was quite excellent as your first erotica. You focused on just the right balance between describing physical acts and their effects on the characters. Which is a surprisingly hard balance to strike. Just the right amount of kink without any impractical fetishes. IMO at least. I only posted the above because my brain won't let me not consider these things.
I also find the premise interesting enough to be a part of a story that is more than just porn. Although that would be an odd story.
