Wonderful start, Lot's of people have played the mental Pinkie, but I haven't read a story that has her seeing anyone about it before. It's always that she breaks somewhere in the story and then goes all nuts on ponies. This is going to be a good read indeed.

Just a slight update, the chapter's may not come out as frequent as the previous. I'm using this time to take care of personal things and work on my writing for the upcoming stories I've got lined up for you all. Every chapter I'm going to try to at least get 4,500 words + if I can. Although I'm not sure how much I can put into this story...I didn't really have high hopes or an idea for an extensive plot in this story...

I will do my best though! You've all stuck with me so far so I'm thankful for all your advice, praise, and criticism! And thanks for the comments about the self-insertion...because there's a reason it was there

I'll try not to let you down, but if I do I deserve to be beaten with a giant stick for letting down some of the most amazing group of people ever

We keep going farther back in time in this crazy story, and Doctor Whooves isn't even involved.  Head is still spinning from all the time jumps......  Great story........  My mind just gets lost in time all the time that time jumps in stories just make the darn thing worse.   But keep up the good work. I will just deal with these mind pains... somehow.....

Anticipation...overwhelming...

This is starting to remind me of another fic I read. I forget it's name, but it's basically the same, Pinkie had a disease and was dying but hid it from everyone, suddenly Twilight showed up and she started getting better, but when Twilight started just passing her antics off as "Just being Pinkie" she started to get worse again and Twilight had a vision of Pinkie's death (She was able to see the future for some reason in this one), and thus started appreciating her more, and every day Pinkie lived she counted a victory. It's a pretty strong Cupcakes syndrome destroyer. (Heh, couldn't quite look at Pinkie the same way after reading Cupcakes until I read the fic I just described. )

That's a risky maneuver you're pulling, Wolokai. For two ponies, the greatest day of their lives yet; and for another, her worst. It takes a considerable amount of balls to TRY that kind of mood whiplash, and a considerate amount of writing skill to properly execute it. On both counts, I have to applaud you.

We must help her, we cannot let the best pony suffer or worse, die. Great Chapter as always wolokai hope your feeling better after your trip to the pony doctor. But nothing irreversible had better happen to pinkie, otherwise we may get a little bit cross and when we get cross   ponies skeletons have a way of tearing themselves out of their fleshy prisons. Food for thought.

Heh, I'm really enjoying this, although you probably should have cut this sentence one letter earlier: "...that's why I c-" (which I'm guessing was "that's why I came alone" as in, without Gummy, who's dying).

That just really gave it away for me (although I was already doubtful that Pinke would be dying) and then you confirmed it when Rarity mentioned the vet being closed for repairs.

I like the story so far, but I am fairly sure you won't kill off a main character. You might wind up proving me wrong though, any way this goes I've loved the leap of faith stories. Here's to a good chapter.

In pretty much every chapter you've written in any of your stories, you always seem to get 'then' and 'than' mixed up. It doesn't particularly bother me, but you should try fixing that up.

Other than that, a great story. As always.

Are we finally back to the point where this story started?  Cause I lost the track of time changed after chapter 1.

Anyways, I love the story, keep up the fantastic work.

Indeed. The story started where this chapter ended, with Rarity trying to bust the door in to get to Pinkie. Now that we know what happened before, we can now know...what happens after
