Well, the concept has been done before, but not overdone.

However, the spacing is all wacked out, it honestly was hard to read like that. Also, she's still a pegasus even if she doesn't have any wings. Earth ponies have like earth magic or something lame like that. So RD would still be able to move clouds and manipulate the weather, just not fly.

So overall, neither a thumbs up or a thumbs down.
