You might want to go back and edit some minor grammar issues though. The run-on sentences aren't too bad, and they make sense because of her sleep deprived state, but you forgot to capitalise "I" a few times, and I believe there was an instance where you didn't capitalise the T in "Twilight."

Besides that, I liked it.

I didn't get your shed reference, evidently. It reminded me of a story where Fluttershy's parents came by and burnt the 'trees' she was keeping in her shed...she had to keep angel from running into the stove to try and save them...it was appropriate.

You have no idea how hard I laughed.

For a second there, I thought sleep deprived Twilight was going to be a silly Twilight, but I guess she's just as irritable as sleep deprived Fluttershy.

Nevertheless, I like the idea and I love what you've done with it, but this only seems to follow the ponies over the course of one sleepless night. Like I mentioned in the first chapter's comments, all of them have probably stayed up for entire nights before. I get that Twilight had a busy day, but she didn't even manage to get through the whole night without going insane. You seem to be exaggerating the effects of sleep loss, and while that might be part of the point of this whole story, I think you can drag this out for the course of two or three sleepless nights for each of them.

but seriously, we lost like halve our guard during that assault.  

You know, I wound up getting the most out of the third chapter only after reading it a second time. It's easier when you imagine that, halfway through Rainbow's entries, she's dead tired, miserable, not thinking straight, occasionally irritable, sort of wants to be put out of her misery, but by this point is forced to stay awake by circumstances initially well within her control, but increasingly beyond her control. Think of the All-Night Mask from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask and what you need to do to get two Pieces of Heart out of it. (Now that's a story where you're doing a bunch of stuff while missing out on several nights/weeks of sleep. Though I think it's actually a lot worse in Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess.)

Also, I'm getting the impression that the Wonderbolts show in this one is the same one that RD asked Fluttershy to wait in line to buy tickets for at midnight.
