Wow. Not at all what I was expecting. Just wow. It's beautiful in a way that only Pinkie Pie can manage, with the constantly changing topics, but staying consistent to the message. There were numerous spelling mistakes, but I don't really feel they take away from the story at all. Very well done.
Oh, and as for the 'colour' vs. 'color' thing, I'm an American who feels that 'colour' is the correct spelling. Us Americans don't know how to spell.
Honestly, I didn't find this all that sad. I mean, yeah, it's pretty bad. Just not sad to me...
You actually didn't spell the word 'colour' wrong. It's the proper way to spell it, however some stupid American person (no offense, because I'm american ^w^;;) decided that the 'U' wasn't doing anything, so they took it out of many words such as favourite and colour.
On a more related note, excellent fic!! It's sad, but in a very nice way. Keep up the good work!
Well, this is certainly a little gem amongst the sea of fics that have fallen prey to Sturgeon's Law. I enjoyed the writing immensely.
I was just wondering today, whilst scratching around for a story topic, how exactly one would write Pinkie Pie without either going over the top or wallowing in the maudlin.

This was very good. Not sad, but very thoughtful; I enjoyed it.
Out of curiosity, did you mention that you spell colour with a U because someone had a go at you for it in the past? I'm English myself and haven't had someone complain about how I spell colour with a U or practise with an S, etc.
Sad PinkieDash is best PinkieDash. Sometimes I wonder if I subconsciously hate Pinkie and just want to see her suffer.. Anyway, this was an enjoyable read
