Hey Everyone! A friend introduced me to this site sometime while I was writing this story and suggested posting it. That said, it's pretty long and I wanted to gauge some interest before continuing. The following demo chapter takes place a little over halfway through the story, but doesn't spoil too much. I did this because the story starts a little slow and doesn't quite represent the work as a whole (not enough to me anyway.) So please leave your thoughts, criticisms, praises, or what-have-you here.
