Ulquiorra's personality should be virtually unchanged from the manga, in my opinion.

You should add the tags as the story progresses. Keeps us wondering what'll happen.

Now I know it's going to involve some love, sadness, and maybe a pinch of gore.

Same with the characters. Celestia, Luna, the mane six, and the CMC. How would Ulquiorra react to this colorful world?

I really like this story great job so far, but was he previously a human? It's obvious he has special powers but to what extent? I MUST HAVE MORE! My questions need answering! Oh and don't make him mega powered or at-least not until further into the story, I think anything over Celeista is ridiculous, unless we show up with nukes... 'Murica.

Seems interesting, hopefully he retains his personality somewhat. A lot of the stories featuring him usually end with him acting extremely OoC and silly. Not that character development is bad, I'd just like to see him retain his dignity. On a side note, givin his appearance, how badly do we assume Luna will fall for him?

On a personal note, I liked Pale Fury. Glad to see you cranking out chapters to this story, just like From the Gates. You used to have at least 3 chapters a day. I wonder if you can do that for this...?

Kind of funny how many of the terms for the inhabitants and powers in Hueco Mundo have Spanish origins.

A name like Cuatro wouldn't be too far fetched.

Removing titles, I kind of like the name Ivory, but most fans have already attached that name to Mayor Mare.  So that's kind of out.
