Project Mu: The Hlf's gambit in curbing the threat of the new gryphon forces. With the twisted cogs of their saving graces in place, will it 'save' the lives or the many, or the few.

Conversion bureau Gamma verse. Don't have to read that story to enjoy this, though it would probably help.
