Ponies inhabit the real world...

On the Saturday morning of January 7th, 2012, just as fans are waking up to the newest episode of "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic", a band of the show's main and supporting characters arrive at Los Angeles International Airport, escorted by the show's creator, Mrs. Fyre-Flye. The time has come for them to fly up to the DHX Media studio in Vancouver, Canada, to film their next episode.

However, a treacherous obstacle lies ahead of that goal: Trying to get through the airport security checkpoint unscathed.

Will the stress of enduring elevated security measures become the ultimate breaking point to our heroines' relationships as costars and friends, or will they finally pull together and succeed what they have failed to do in their last 39 trips?

really nice writing style. it makes it flow well, and it's very easy to read:pinkiehappy:

Rainbow Dash, get away from that engine! They turn geese into soup when they hit them, so I doubt you want to be anywhere near them.

Past Terminal 3, and the Tom Bradley International Terminal

Wait, 'Tom Bradley'? What kind of weird name is that?:rainbowhuh:

D'oh, You got me! For the dual sake of authenticity and convenience, all of the location names will remain unaltered, such as "La Cienega Boulevard" in the previous chapter. I'm sure there's a pony pun I could make out of "Tom Bradley", but I don't have much time to be horsing around.

I just updated some of the dialogue and added more reference pictures. I also want to say thank you for sticking around the past eight months for this update. I really appreciate it. The next one won't be taking that long; I promise *laughs*

I'm not entirely sure how one can go supersonic when about to pass out from several hours of flying from Los Angeles to Alaska after nearly being sucked into a 747's engine and having been pursued by fighter jets for the better part of the trip.

You brought up some pretty good points there.

Although the journey lasted nearly 4 hours, I implied through writing at least once that she glided to preserve stamina. The first chase by the American F-15s didn't begin until she was between Portland and the Washington state line. Once crossing into Canada, she did have a good 25 minutes to catch her breath before wigging out about the missing passport and fleeing into the BC wilderness.

Perhaps it's a pacing issue. Sometimes I become so enamored with details, depicting settings and events as realistic as possible, that it slows the narrative down. I also push myself to meet release dates that are significant to me, but I can always go back and refine it a bit.

I'm honored that you continued to follow this story until Chapter 3's release. Errors aside, I hope it lived up to your expectations from the teaser pictures, created and posted an embarrassingly long time ago. *laughs*

WOW! This was a perfect ending for this tale! (Must say i like the old bronycon programmes)
