Dear gosh, I'm sorry I haven't read any of your recent stories. I'm also sorry that I haven't been communing with your recently. That aside, I love this fic so far! The simple story of two brothers (loved that movie) trying to get through life when every odd imaginable has been stacked up against them. Bittersweet, somber, but heartwarming in the end. Exactly what was captured in the first chapter of this story, and I eagerly await every chapter following.

Ok so, the story itself is good, there are just a few mistakes, like this:

"So, how long've you been teaching here?" Asked Thunder after a prolonged silence punctuated by the occasional pained wince.

"Oh, for about ten years. And I've loved every single one of them." She giggles softly to herself.

See you can't switch the time as in she giggles softly is present while asked is in the past, you can't switch around or it doesn't make sense, other then that it's a good story that I would like to read more of.

Oh god yes, the emotion that went into is was fantastic. Dat last line had me going
