Once you get ponies in your might want a bit more emotional depth, and I can see Fluttershy being very upset about them killing things, they might also attack Spike at some point. Great work on this fic! I'm just waiting for a Chapter 2!

Not as learned on my Elder Scrolls lore as I could be, but it seems that it is plausible that Equestria actually is/was a Daedric realm.

ahhh I'm trying to think of a joke but nothing comes up other than arrows to the knee and CURVED. SWORDS.
When I saw this this story, I refused to read it, then someone stole my sweetroll... so I stabbed myself in the knee with an arrow. Then my friend walked in with my sweetroll in his hands and a TrollFace mask on. I was like, "Fine I'll read it!"

Oh, and for the record, this is set 150 years after the events of Oblivion and 50 years before the events of Skyrim.
Oh, and the next "arrow in the knee" or "stolen sweetroll" joke will see the perpetrator's soul belong to Sithis.
This is great, not an expected combination but so far you've really shown a great plot and this story looks like it could go in many different directions, which is a great trait for a story to have if you want a reader to get really interested! Khajjit = my fave (I'm a furry, what of it?) Dark Elf = interesting character choice, personally would have gone with wood elf for this one because of their animal control abilities, but it's not my story so oh well. Red Guard = great choice. for me it would have been a tie between a Redguard and a Nord. Anyway, sorry that I'm rambling on but I love Skyrim and MLP so this is really interesting to me. I can't wait to see where you go with it! Please continue!

Dark Elf: I needed some magic, and the High Elves are a bunch of dicks. Wood Elves don't have much in that respect.
Oh, and for what I hope is the last time it's just The Elder Scrolls series in general, not a specific game. References will be limited to the first four games, though the bulk will be to do with Oblivion.
Well Skyrim, Oblivion, whatever talks to you, my point is the games are great and I hope to see you do more with this.
The group dynamics and diolouge are great. Very solid. Tracking, but won't rate yet. The real test of crossovers is how the contact goes down. Until there is pony-Men/Mer diolouge, this is a well written TES story.

Nice fic idea, it's interesting. (Original, tends to stand out, AND well written)
Put three "barbarians" in a society that hasn't seen war in half a millennium, I'm really looking forward to the reaction. That's also the major steppingstone of this fic. Once the three make their debut... or not debut when ponyville becomes a ghost town... the story will need some other conflict to keep the reader focused.
This could also evolve into a dark fic if you're not careful. I'd try to avoid this, these warriors could probably take down guards without resorting to killing, but they would need a line of logic to justify these actions.

On another note, the short description of that Ayeleid ruin makes me think of the first one you find outside the entrance to the sewers where you start in Oblivion. I've gone through that place so many times I could do it in my sleep if I had to.
