Not bad, it has potential. You seem like a fairly decent writer, if you can stick the plot I think this will be a great story.

SPOILER ALERT This story is actually completely written already. I just don't want to post it all immediately because 1) That would give it a very small window in which to be noticed by people browsing the "latest updates" list, and 2) I'm editing each chapter as I go, adding/subtracting bits and pieces, and I won't do it all at once simply because I'm lazy in that regard.
