Here's what I've always thought about Zecora.  She's completely unaware that she's constantly rhyming.  Take the Cutie Pox, where she starts talking, and finishes the rhyme after she finds out Apple Bloom chipped a tooth.  If it turns out she had a cracked scull, the rhyme would have failed.  She doesn't do it intentionally, it just happens.  So here's what I would have expected:

Jon: So, why exactly do you rhyme?

Zecora: I know not of what you speak of at this time; as far as I know, I do not rhyme.

Jon: [looks at audience]

I am so impressed with your rhyming ability! Seriously that was some of the best Zecora dialogue I have ever read!

Amazing, we just don't get enough Zecora fics these days. Especially fics of this magnitude!
