The whole "Dragons being ruthless monsters" idea just doesn't sit well with me. It would make this story much more meaningful if you were to explain the Dragons' attacks more thoroughly.

The difference: he makes ALL of the Dragons in his story, save for Spike, into monsters whereas in Skyrim there are SEVERAL Dragons that have helped me. And the vast majority of evil Dragons are followers of Alduin.

Unlike his story, I am far more justified in my statement.

I like to think that at some point the other is going to either have them meet Serilex or some sort of complicated descendant thing who will actually talk instead of being a mindless beast. I liked this chapter (as well as the other chapters, but that's beside the point ). It was a good idea for how Spike got his name and good telling for how he learned to deliver parchment by fire. I can also see forshadow in this. Maybe he calls Celestia for help ?
