:twilightsmile:Strange how it has the dark tag yet is rated everyone, but hey ho. Anyway, I like this! Fast paced yet descriptive, made it all very urgent and "Oh sweet Celestia run Pinkie RUN!" if that makes sense...

    Well done!

I love your use of tone. I Found myself willing Pinkie to go on, even as that little rational me knew it was her "side effect".

I don't know why this isn't featured. You pulled of the Pinkie Sense amazingly, in my humble opinion. The ending seemed a bit sudden to me, but everything else was great.

I hope to see more work from you.

I do find it odd how in that situation Mrs. Cake could suffer a stroke when she's only in like her 30's or 40's and has never suffered one before but I'll just chalk that up to the spell not being 100% accurate in every detail, and of course at the end Pinkie Pie puts out a great moral sometimes it's better to be crazy prepared and never have something happen as opposed to not being prepared at all and having something happen. :pinkiehappy:

Wow, that was deep. In a way it makes me think about how Pinkie Pie and Twilight are alike even though they're so different. If they traded upbringings as kids, would Pinkie be OCD and Twilight be more impulsive? Okay, I might be grasping at straws now...

Truth be told, I projected myself on Pinkie a bit by giving her flashes of paranoia. I then imagined how she would spin it as something positive and make the best of it.

I identify with Twilight the most as a character in terms of what I have in common personality-wise, and I identify with Pinkie the least in that regard. Still, and despite how FPK rubbed me the wrong way, I like to think that a Douglas Adams sort of  irony applies in the FiM universe where the lowly and outwardly stupid hold profound secrets and/or power. So, this is me staying true to that and giving Pinkie a chance, in a slightly different way: by giving her one of my problems and empowering her to deal with it.

I would include in this the comic about how Derpy is walleyed because she's seeing in five dimensions, but I have it stored on a different device.

Is this a One-Shot or come there more chapters?

It was more an exercise in getting myself to write again, since I've played the role of reviewer for so long. If I tried to expand it, I might end up over-thinking and over-epicifying it, and it wouldn't come out anyway. Such has been the fate of so many of my stories.

I almost missed out on this, and that would have been a shame. The Pinkie Sense and causality/probability. Interesting molehill-expansion, Dem.

The delightfully purple dramatics of the main part of the story would be brilliant to hear read aloud in a booming, serious voice. The way you've sprinkled little pinpoints of description overkill throughout Pinkie's vision give it a really authentic, dreamlike feeling. A great mix of detachment and immersion.

Oh, and Equestria in a cold, random and unforgiving universe. What a happy thought!
