Hrm. I’m not big on fatal vore even if it’s willing.
That said, the second half/last third of the story felt tacked on. It’s like you got through the swallowing part and thought “I wrote a cute silly vore story, time to cash in on the hardcore crowd.”

It was a little different from my usual fare, but I felt like experimenting.
Hmm, I think the one big problem is this feels disjointed in how the events of the movie the CMC watching are portrayed; at the start, it seems like a bad porno, where the mare isn't really into it and can barely act and the setup isn't even properly sex (which is kinda funny), but then once she's swallowed, it switches to a sensual journey where the mare is fully into it. Sure, the mare's mind is being affected and she's getting genuine feelings, but it would make more sense if she was a little aroused early on in addition to having trouble acting, and still flubbed a line while in the stomach.
It's also...really strange for a porno to be lacking in any butt/genital area touching. Sure, it's about vore, but why lack any sexual aspects prior to orgasmic melting, even touching of the butt during swallowing? A changeling would be able to literally tonguefuck a mare while swallowing them!
Also, any chance we see a sequel with Bug Bellies 1 and Ocellus? The CMC's innocence has to be ruined further!
