Have you ever thought that the reason you were fighting was a good reason? Do you think it was ever worth it, in the end, to fight? Die, maybe? When you came back, were you a hero? Or were you a villain, a pony that nopony ever wants to know?
Or could you even bring yourself to come back, back to your old life, with your old job, and your old freinds? Perhaps you never saw combat. Perhaps all of it was just a dream.
But all nightmares stay with you, haunt you, even if they are just dreams. Even when they are Across the Spectrum of Red, White, and Blue.
