So basically I read this before I even got the notification.

This story is awesome on so many levels. Probably the first fic I've ever read with Colgate in it. Also, major kudos on portraying Diamond Tiara in a sympathetic light. Definitely going to be following this one!

And I so want to see Colgate vs. Tooth Decay.

But besides that minor error, well done! An unusual choice of protagonist as far as fanfics go, combined with the novel concept (if you'll pardon the pun)... This story's definitely earned its spot on EqD. Have an upward thumb.

You should make another, "The Return of Dr. Cavity(And Discord)" because Chaos mixed with poor Oral Hygiene is clearly a sign of the end times.

Unique and fun!  Definitely deserving of an episode on the show.  As much candy as Twist probably eats, it's a good thing she takes care of her teeth.   There's more than enough here for a great sequel (Diamond Tiara and here date with the destiny drill for example).
