It's interesting to see Fluttershy's submissive ways taken to such a hard and powerful extreme. Something INTERESTING you may want to consider for future chapters-- people tend to dream 2-4 times a night. Our sleeping cycles have REM/Dreams several times in one eight-hour cycle. Perhaps one of Twilight's next test subjects will dream multiple shorter dreams, just to wear the poor thing out.
Given that you are STARTING with clop, I imagine the whole thing is gonna be about everypony's naughtiest, deepest desires. There was enough sexual tension in this chapter to cut with a rusty butter knife. I can't wait to see who is next, especially when you come along to mares that may swing one way or the other, like Rainbow Dash!

If the rest of the dreams are just as sexy and amusing... you have to wonder what the effect will be on Twilight... essentially living through other peoples sexiest fantasies. and enjoying the kinks as much as they do at the time... talk about an interesting influence on her. And even just knowing some of those fantasies of theirs might influence how she interacts with her friends a bit.... after all, wouldn't a Good Friend help her friends out with their desires? That and now i can't get the image of Twilight leading Fluttershy around on a leash out of my head....

I'm not bothered by the content in chapter 2, it is fiction after all, but I still don't like it as much as chapter 1.
If you want to write all the ponies with odd kinks, go right ahead, but you may be straying into a writer's trap here. It's a problem that's always plagued writers like us. We want to create something new and original, so we deviate form the norm.
Here's where the problem starts.
Not everyone's going to like change. On that same token, no one wants the exact same every time. You need to change the material to keep people interested, but change too much, and you end up with something completely unrecognizable. Be careful with your writing from here on out; you're straying quite far from established character traits.

Peoples fetishes can be helped, (sure, it takes forever, but... There's an interesting question arising with Twilight's dream watching: If she, herself, features in one of these dream, will that mess up her "riding" the dreamer? Now, I'd say that any Twilight encountered would only be dream personification of what the dreamer sees her as- that shouldn't cause too much trouble. If, however, her magic gets confused about covering two "Twilights", that might become problematic.
