No, she's a pony girl from Equestria with magic. Completely different.
Magic is something unique that can only be acquired through exposure to Equestrian magic or an artifact from Equestria while Conduit powers are genetic, you're either born with it or not.

It wasn't that amazing of a game, but it opens a lot of doors from what I remember. Also it was the most fun exclusive I've played on the PS4 until Bloodborne came out.
I don't like Equestria Girls at all, for multiple reasons. But I've decided to give this story a chance, because it's humanised Equestria Girls. No coloured skin and Uncanny Valley faces.
I like Infamous. I like the idea behind it. That people have powers over energy and matter. Is good. So it's always fun seeing crossovers with it. Never played it myself, but I saw a YouTuber play it. I've even got a crossover of my own as a story idea.

They used their powers exclusively to stop Conduits and were working under orders of Augustine to make Full-Blooded Conduits look better by comparison. Also, they could destroy things or go after people BECAUSE they find out they have those powers, either because they want to test their own limits and want to destroy everything because of how they grew up OR because they have little to no control over their own powers and are thus lynched for safety.
