Interesting thought! I did not take into consideration the future implications of such a story. Though, it's probably best not to dwell too much into the train of thought for this one-shot, but you might have given me an idea for a future one.

Probably for the best. The movie wasn't that good, in all honesty. But they had an interesting idea, one which I implemented here, giving an intelligence to babies, or foals in this case, that the adults can't see. It was so cute! I think I'm going to write another fluff piece soon, romance this time. Although, I need to get through my incredibly large task list that I set for myself first.
