SuperPinkBrony12

I'm a brony and a Pinkie Pie fan but I like all of the mane six, as well as Spike. I hope to provide some entertaining and interesting fanfics for the Brony community.

Ever since that faithful concert in Ponyville, life for Countess Coloratura (or Rara as she's calling herself) has gone nowhere but up.

One night, after yet another crowd pleasing performance, the young pop star retreats to her private dressing room. And out of curiosity, decides to try out a form of relaxation that she read about in a magazine.

As she indulges in this new "treatment", Rara will be surprised not only at how effective it is, but also at the feelings it will bring to the surface.

That was adorable! Nice start to 2017

7872864 Thank you, glad you liked it in spite of its shortness.

You know, I think this is only the second padded Rara fic I've seen, and if it weren't only for the longer timespan between the two fics, could work very well as a prequel to that fic. Anyways, not that bad of a read. But I am left wondering, who started up Gabby Gums again? Spoiled Rich, inspired by her daughter, maybe?

7875250 It's supposed to be a different kind of Gabby Gums, not the same one from Ponyville.

How dare you! You always manage to make me happy somehow!

It is actually ill advised to heat up milk for a child in the microwave and I know it isn't actually going to be given to an infant but the proper way is to heat the milk up in the bottle by sticking it in boiling water and then of course testing it on your arm (front leg for ponies).

8058971 What? Is that actually true?

8058973 From everything that I have heard, yes that is how you're supposed to do it so that the milk warms up gradually and not rapidly like how a microwave works.

8059082 Where did you learn about this?

8059110 Many other fanfictions point it out, also looking it up online, and finally confirming with my mom.

8059116 By any chance is your mother a nurse, nanny, or babysitter?

8059121 My grandmother was.

8059124 So out of curiosity, why is it not recommended that you heat the bottle up in a microwave? Are there any kind of health risks to it, or is just not as beneficial as the method you mentioned?

8059136 It boils down to not over heating the milk and burning the infant.

8059140 So microwaving the bottle runs the risk of overheating it?

8059157 Simply put yes.

8059157 Heating it too quickly can also cause the proteins in it to break down and sour, as I recall.
