Thoughts:
The biggest problem the story has is run on sentences and rambling.
Could be shorted into:
My story begins in Ponyville, where I had remained undiscovered after the Canterlot invasion for many years. This is my story of how I was discovered, and what happened afterwards.
Stuff like, this is my OC should be put in the author's notes at the bottom of a chapter. Not in the middle of a chapter.
Also, him using one specific disguise over and over isn't very random.
I was in my usual form of a light brown earth pony whose cutie mark was a quill. He worked out very well since no pony locally seemed to know him. To avoid confusion I didn’t use his name, but my real name.

First thought of me was, if he is really immortal then his sisters should be immortal to, or else they wouldn't live there if he is really that old.
Or his parents are immortal.
I am curious how it will continue, the story looks good till now, can`t wait to find the time to finish it.
