That was really funny, but I'm a bit confused.

It seemed like you took cannon Rarity and placed her in the what-if scenario, but shouldn't the Rarity in the what-if scenario be used to under garments and socks?   She would have grown up with them.

But Fluttershy is kind!  She would never be so cruel.   Even when she was "assertive", she never did anything like that.  I blame this on that 2% inaccuracy.   ... I mean, clipping Dash's wings is like murdering a bald eagle.   I would normally laugh at something like this, but it has somehow made me feel bad.

I hope you don't do the twist ending where Twilight reveals that he used the what if machine to see what would happen if she invented the long hoof. That kind of 'doesn't matter, onto the next episode' style is good for Futurama, BUT NOT MLP FiM.

This chapter was BEAUTIFUL. Seeing Fluttershy's world. And it's ironic, she didn't once try to use the Stare to turn Twilight into her minion.

It would have been even funnier if the title hadn't given away the whole joke. The hole joke even!
