Shadowmane PX-41

Just your average british lad. I write things for a living. It’s the strangest living you’ll ever find, second only to my inability to take myself off of the grid.

This story is a sequel to Behind the Scenes

As it turned out, they made another movie after Friendship Games. And just like before, there was silliness, random outtakes, nonsensical line mess-ups, and many more buried behind the scenes.

Lemon Zest, Sour Sweet, Sugarcoat, Indigo Zap, and Sunny Flare all transferred from Crystal Prep to Canterlot High but are having trouble making any friends. Can the Rainbooms help them get settled in?

Okay, that better be a plot for one of those specials, because I want to see more into their characters. But then again, since when does Hasbro listen to their audiences? (Good god, I probably shouldn't have said that, should I?)

In a movie where we were hyped up to be the main stars, we were thrown to the side for that old hag Abacus Cinch! The people behind that movie had no brains whatsoever

And that's one of the reasons I really freaking hate Friendship Games. And now that I think of it, you just summed up my utter hatred for it. No brains, no intelligence, incompetent and insulting writing, and wasted potential tossed aside. :twilightangry2:

I'll bet the director is Filthy Rich

No offense, loved the first fic, but I feel like this one was just written as a not-so-subtle way of saying "Hey, audience! I think Legend of Everfree and Season 6 suck! Did my mouthpieces... uh, I mean, characters make that clear enough?!"

I think the bloopers confirmed pinkie pie has no sense of caution

7678375 For which I apologize. I never rewatched the movie, and I don't think it's terrible in any way. Just more of a step down from Friendship Games.

It's also probably why there's not so many actual movie outtakes this time and more why I focused behind the scenes.

So much lampshades.

eh It's fine though personally I believe this movie is a step up from Friendship Games, which had significantly weaker and less developed villains and the plot didn't make much sense at times.

I feel this movie could have been improved if it was a little longer it could have been better. Though I thought the geode plot was interesting, since high school life stories typically aren't that engaging unless there is some serious drama or darker story moments, and no way this serious will go that far.

7678375 I was thinking the exact same thing. I didn't see anything wrong with LoE at all:rainbowhuh:. So what if it's slowly going into anime style. With that way, not every single EG movie would be related to typical teenage high school drama which would get dull really quickly. Finally; I do believe Hasbro does listen to its fandom since Midnight Sparkle's name was pronounced in LoE and not FG. That was the fandom's doing of calling corrupted Twilight, Midnight:ajsmug:.

Now that's what I call the American spirit... or is Hasbro in Canada:unsuresweetie:? No matter, I'm looking forward to EG5:scootangel:.

I've seen too much of Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series:twilightblush:

Thank you so much for this hilarious collect of short writings. Made me laugh at the humor and satire. XD

"Don't people want to remember you, though?" Her agent smiled. "No-one ever remembers the other Equestria Girls characters once the movies are over. Dazzlings? Almost entirely forgotten. Shadowbolts from Crystal Prep? Gone. I don't want you to be left behind once the movie's done."

You're full of shit.

"We Will Stand for Everfree? Dude, that song's awesome!" Lemon Zest smiled.
"Yeah, it's pretty rad, but it's nothing compared to Unleash the Magic back in Friendship Games." Indigo nodded. "And we should know. We sang that one!"

Speak for yourself, I liked it better. I said it.

Everything I see in your blog posts summarized in this story along with video game and pop culture references. I like it. :trixieshiftright:

Please tell me the plot of the specials are real.

I really love this! Keep up the good work!

Yeah, the movie felt a bit disappointing. Gloriosa felt a bit annoying, the plot rushed and to be honest I can't like Timber as a character or romance. Hell, I'll equip my X-01 here and say that Flash was a better character than Timber. Fucking FLASH!... Sorry. Need to take a deep breath here... There. To be honest, I liked The Dazzlings better than Gaia Everfree. There, I can take the hate you guys are willing to give me.

"Honestly, I kinda wish that this movie didn't have to exist sometimes..." She snatched the outfit and walked off to the dressing room, shooting a snooty look at the man.

You and me both, Gloriosa...

Yup one big huge authors mouth price. Which is annoying seriously

RSoty was so annoying " fashion fashion fashion "

Personally I found Season 6 to be the most consistently good season of the series, we're talking 4 out 5 here, as for the 'bad' episodes they are on par with the good episodes of season 1, I think the issue is the tone shift, you have to remember these characters are changing and the story has to change too or else we get season 4 to 8 SpongeBob. Also your dislike of season 6 is a subtle as a jackhammer to the face.

This is less of a "fanfic" and more of a "attack on a season that you don't particularly like"

I want fanfics, not attacks. Especially not on F.M. DeMarco.

Thankfully, they are not. The first special Dance Magic just came out, and it's waaaayyy off. I've seen the other two as well, and he couldn't have been farther from the mark.

Dance Magic was alright. The 2 about Juniper Montage was dumb though. It's almost the same plot about the OG MLP EQG film, but with a girl who had no idea what magic was, instead of a girl who knew what she was doing

"I'm on nothing really, except a thing called money, my dear." He laughed. "All these sequels and product placement is doing wonders for me, and I'm going to just keep making more. Equestria Girls will never die!"

sadly it did die
