Nicely done. Intelligently written, although the last plot twist came somewhat out of nowhere, it still made sense with what else has happened.  Also, I was expecting the conflict between Twilight and Pinkie to be a little more sustained, and for the election tilting back in favor of the current mayor because of mismarked ballots.  

Still favorited.  Love seeing stories regarding the Mayor.

I like it. Politics is funny thing - you don't want to be mayor but you forced to, so may as well enjoy the ride.. Glad to see Twi was level-headed and didn't throw Mayor out. But next year she'll totally have expirience from all vice-mayor work, so beware, Mayor Mare!

Nicely done, mate. The one thing that really nailed it for me is the debate, how Twilight had a slightly rough start, and how she came up with simple solutions to the problems addressed. I don't know it just really made the story for me.
