Yay! Quantum theory mixed with magic! Exactly what I was hoping for some day. Though, even without quantum capabilities, magic mixed with manipulating atoms, and the sub-particles that make them, could be very over powered. Just think of the damage done by removing the nuclei from the atoms in someone's body.

Or so it seems, up until the pun. Clearly, the swap is all for the payoff.
