This seems like it could be really funny. I mean, falling over, barely breathing type of funny.
But it isn't. It really isn't.
Maybe if you had set up a typical (oh god it's horrible that we can say "typical" in this context) scene that looks like it could have led to incest only for Twilight to react with a flat ewww, maybe with the Shining changeling honestly being surprised shocked that she said no-a priceless response on any character based in an incest clopfic that's suddenly thrown into a more realistic scenario. Instead, there's no real suffering here-the changeling doesn't really react in any way other than a cardboard cutout of a stereotypical douche bag, and Twilight just seems off so even her distaste doesn't really come across as much, the narration itself isn't even entertaining - I could go on. As it is, there's no real humor here, which is a bloody shame. This seemed to hold so much promise, but...
