I'm the reason when you search Quibble you'll find Scootaloo too. PM me if you want to talk about anything one on one. Well I finally set up a patreon...Hazaa???

Five years ago a nightmare broke out its prison, and defeated Equestria's princesses and greatest heroines turning them to stone. After, the creature began to decimate the land and all its neighbors. Now five years later only small pockets of life remain, and a resistance has formed. Can they find a way to free the princesses and cast this beast back to which it came, or are they only prolonging the inevitable?

Even at first glance, there are multiple spelling errors that ought to be fixed, given how conspicuous they are.

My first-glance edit suggestions are: the story's title, Emperor Despair, and the chapter title, Sacrifices. The story description could use a few commas, but most people on here can endure missing commas. Please give your story another once-over or run it by an editor. I don't have the time or the occasion right now to read this story myself, but it may behoove you rectify the errors, lest they give some potential audience members a bad impression.

7241684 Noted, Merci. It is a pity to me that Word found little in way of spelling errors, but what was found was fixed. Grammar has always been a problem to me, so c'est la vie, I'm a work in progress. Lastly thank you for pointing out those two embarrassing misspellings, English can be a pain at times, no?
MFG,

:twilightsheepish: I'm sorry. I'm afraid I don't speak much French, but you're welcome. It's a shame that people on here be so judgmental about mechanics, but the very nature of it is, the story's much easier to enjoy when the grammar and spelling are appropriate.

I'm sorry I can't get to the rest of it for you right now. I do believe there are a few groups on here who have editors and proofreaders available and willing to help you out if you want fresh eyes. I'm prone to make mistakes myself, especially when it's a piece of writing I've already gone over. I'll be used to seeing the text on the page as it is and fail to spot my own errors, sometimes to hilarious effect. I always run my work by somebody else with a strong sense of English syntax. Yes, English is a language fraught with rules and exceptions and inconsistencies, some of which may be exploited stylistically by advanced authors but often instead present obstacles for aspiring writers. I wish you good luck with your story and your fictions on here. It is a pleasure to meet you, Comrade Bagel Muffin. Welcome to FimFiction!

Why was this cancelled?
