44597 Umm, I think you're getting the wrong idea. Stalkers are unanomonous induvidiuals, they aren't under any command, more like the bandits. Military stalkers however, are under the command of the Soviet Goverment. Nikolai Odski isn't part if anything, I made him up. Just a simple stalker.
