It is the morning after the Royal Wedding, and Twilight Sparkle wakes up to expect it to be like any other day, until, instead of Spike, she meets a little dragonNESS named Spines who claims to be her number one assistant. She then finds out that her friends, everyone in her village, and pretty much everyone in Equestria, even the two reigning princesses, are all the opposite gender. What's more, they're claiming this is how it's always been. Even more so, her "coltfriends" turn out to be harboring romantic feelings for her! Will Twilight be able to solve this conundrum to change things back to normal, or will she be forced to adapt to her new lifestyle? Will Twilight's friends (lovers) bring their beloved egghead back to her senses, or will she be driven to do something everyone would regret?

I have to down rate it though. While the idea is good your execution needs a lot of work. Try reading this post on showing. It's really helpful information.
Also, your chapters are painfully short.There's really not a problem with short chapters, but these are barely a page, if that. This story deserves to be expounded on a lot more than what you have so far.

I love this, I hope this gets updated again soon
It's different from the norm, putting Twilight into the male world, so that's a bonus. I find the present tense of the story a little odd, just used to most being written past tense. It seems a bit fast and the writing could be slowed down to make things flow a little more, instead of zagging around like greased lightning or whatnot.
