Generous Rarity and Honest Applejack are both in a loving, but secret relationship for the past two years with the intent of keeping it a secret for as long as they see fit. Twilight Sparkle meanwhile is head over hoofs for one of the two, causing seeds of lust to be planted in her and once they sprout bad things will happen to good ponies both relevant and irrelevant.
My votes for Rarity, just for the soul fact that the only interaction that's been mentioned between Twilight and the two, is that Twilight taught Rarity how to teleport... yep... 
I can only assume that Twilight is gonna go off the deep end in the next chapter (Curse you dark tag! I see you, looming over the love and happiness!)
To the story:
Pretty interesting story so far, unique little concept you've got going on here 
. It does have potential, like all the others said, and I am intrigued as to how Twilight will take the bad news (Presumably not well... I sense depression and hermit mode coming on 
)
Yes! I so pegged it as Rarity 
I can see the rage that Twilight holds within herself after she sees the two together, but not her rudeness before. Unless her lust for Rarity morphs into obsession and this obsession consumes every waking moment of her day (and possibly her dreams). So if that is the case then I can see the rage at the annoyances, but personally it still seems a little odd to me still. Eh, i'll get over it.
Twilight! Get that evilness out of you!
