nicely done man, i was reading this and listening to Tropical Octav3 by Coconeru, and Animated James. Vinyl and Octavia are one my ships, along with TwiDash. I just feel they fit together so much.
It's... I know this story is trying to be heartwarming and sad but it's just so... Oscar bait y'know? Close friends dying, character going blind and hating it, characters sudden ability to fight off some teenage bullies (!?), and then you top it off with an adorable 8 year old blind girl who needs eyes and the sudden choice to give it up or take it...
It's well written, but I couldn't get into it.
