Considering that Spike actually saw the shape Trixie was in there really isn't much the doctor could have said that would be too extreme for him. Not to mention that based on this line
Spike is already plenty aware that Trixie might die.
Also if the Komodo dragon head bit her she will die. Komodo dragon saliva is filled with massive amounts of deadly bacteria.
Still, I am liking the story so far and shall continue on.
7457965 thanks so much for the comment! Actually there was going have mention of finding antidote for the bite of a Komodo dragon, but I think I found faulty info saying that it wasn't dangerous. Perhaps I'll change into the Komodo not biting her at all later. As for the doctor he was being considerate , he didn't know that Spike was the one who found her.

7916182 Usually yes, but doesn't mean medical staff doesn't sneak it when no one looking. Since Healing Hoof suffers from Hemophobia as long she does it away from the patients most of the other staff are fine with it.

Fluttershy a manga reader. I actually read a story that mentioned she wrote mangas and heard about stories where she is a manga writer/reader.

Well it based on the scence in Scaremaster where all those manga characters are in the 'uninvited ' guests ( it can't be anime reference because there's no tv) and unless she reads manga she wouldn't know who these manga characters are.

Actually I was going to add in last chapter. That Trixie tries to convince Spike to come with her. Because she notices that his friends ignore him. but it never made the final cut.
