I thought this was going to be a tantabus thing but this is even better prestos the reason why celestia sold her copy of the game, this should have also been rated comedy.

Nope but I know it has something to do with that settlement part
Ive played only Fallout 1 and 2 but not newer FPS games
Mainly because Fallout 3 has issues with multicore processors and I cant bring myself to play vegas of 4 till Ill finish 3
(Fun fact: I didnt played Skyrim till Ive finished four previous Elder Scrolls games and learned to work with DOSBox just to play first two...so yeah Im that crazy
