SCP-173 is a classic, but with her teleportation Twilight can probably escape it. There are some really freaky ones that effect your mind, though, and I think those would be interesting.

I would love to see the sentient calculator or another one of the not so lethal SCPs make an appearance, even if it is a minor one.  Just because the majority of SCPs are horrible things doesn't mean they all are.

I think it would also be cool to see the Vermin God make appearance.

Also, whoever suggested the Old Man, YES.  No containment breach is complete without Old Man ruining everyone's day.
