It's a bit too fast, other that it was good.
Very rushed pace, and Twilight's injury just vanishes when it's not relevant anymore. You could definitely draw this out a lot more. More description would be nice too.
Beyond that, good story. Very cute concept. There's a lot of stories where Trixie is hurt and down on her luck and Twilight takes care of her, so a reversal of roles is a nice idea.

When Twilight first woke up, I imagined a Stephen King's Misery parody playing out.

Twilight seems to warm up rather fast but its a cute story. Would have been nice with a little more as to why they get along so well.
I like how Twilight loves instant noodles in this so much she leaps with joy.
I love instant noodles too. The beef ones are the best. Can't believe the comment I made was just for that. Still, it was a nice short story. I would personally liked it if there was maybe one other character in it but it wasn't bad. I liked the trick with th e reflections.
