While giving a character an accent can be a good way to bring some life into said character, it really isn't a good plan to make it so indescribable that I can't tell if it's German or French. Zap is like the Tommy Wiseau of ponies.

Nitpicking aside I really do like the idea that you've sprung up, but I can't help but feel as if you can polish it up some. Otherwise, good work. :pinkiehappy:
