The real question is, WHERE IS FLEETWOOD?
A little too random for my tastes. The bits where the story is actually being told are a little too short for the disjointed parts to be jarring. Since you're switching between actual story and silliness so frequently, I wasn't able to get immersed enough in the story for the sudden change in tone to be surprising. Which kind of detracts from the humor. Lastly, I'd recommend finding a proof reader or doing it more yourself.
That aside, you've pretty much nailed the silliness for a great comedy. The snippets (Celestia hating jam, how the jam is made, etc.) and the story itself are hilarious, and that ending was fantastic. There's a lot of potential here, and I hope you'll keep working at it and improving! Please keep writing, I'll keep reading.
