Going by the events you set, I would assume that this part takes place right after the scourge attacked Quel'thelas. That being the case there are some major lore issues here.
1. The dark portal wouldn't have been reopened yet so no one would know about Shattrah.
2. They would still be calling themselves High Elves.
Other then that it seems like it would be interesting, I'll track it to see how it goes.
