Following the events of the Grand Galloping Gala, Octavia Melody has left Canterlot for some much needed vacation time sailing around the Bali Islands. Amidst the natural setting of the tropics she hopes to find a basis for a comeback composition, something to rocket her back to the limelight. What she finds while visiting a resort where the travelling DJ Vinyl Scratch is performing is that sometimes you might get more than what you hope for, just when you need it!

This is a great story! I like how you've characterised all of them, especially Vinyl and Octavia, and I eagerly look forward to more! I kinda hope you write a clop chapter/side story, as well. I'd read it, anyway.
Also, this story should have way more views and attention; have you considered adding it to some groups? If not, or if you're not sure which groups to add it to, I'd be happy to do it, as I've added my own OctaScratch story to a plethora of groups which greatly helped with views and attention.
