Also may not be a bad idea to snag a proofreader/editor to make it a little more presentable overall. A big thing {for me and in my experience} is having multiple exclamation points {or multiple end-punctuation for that matter} as well as using the actual numbers {such as 120} rather than writing them out. Those are my only two qualms with it thusfar minus a small typo here or there; I look forward to the next chapter.
While I enjoy this story, be prepared for a lot of potential dislike on account of: the character is effectively a Gary Stu thusfar.

The mindset that he's in considers the fact that a grudge may still be held against him, so if a squad of Royal Guards comes and screams "HALT!", it could be assumed that he will be undergoing a punishment. However, that is actually an excellent question.

Anyway, the fear that can come from an unprecedented event, such as stars weaving through the sky, can arise a certain fear in people and ponies alike. With the history of Equestria that we've seen, whenever strange or unusual events occur, it is usually the harbor of evil.
Now as far as Celestia and Luna go...for lack of a better word, they're pissed. Someone who stood by them and lead their nation with them, fought beside them, encountered the worst crises with them, suddenly disappears and doesn't contact them or give them a reason for his disappearance for 4,000 years? Yikes.
Finally, with this disappearance being unexpected, they could assume that he had a change in behavior, and has fallen to the darker arts. If this is the case, they would need to subdue him ASAP, because a fully-grown alicorn could wreak havoc across the realm.

And have you seen the princesses fight honestly anyone of equel or even slightly less strength would be able to takem down with the barest of strategies.

The hard thing about making an OC alicorn is the fact that they tend to be Mary Sue's and Gary Stu's. It can be harder to list what they can't do rather than what they can. But trust me...confidence will have nothing to do with it.

The Alicorns have the magic from all 3 tribes but it doesn't mean that they are strong in all of them.
Like for example Twilight hasn't shown to use Earth pony magic and isn't great at flying at times. But her strongest is unicorn magic!
It's easy to have him weak in one area than the other. Instead of trying to balance all of it.

We haven't seen Twilight use it, actually. That doesn't necessarily mean she can't. In the book "Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Heart Spell", it's said that from the moment she became an Alicorn, she:
"was now able to harness the magical powers of the Unicorns, the flight abilities of the Pegasi, and the strength of a good, true heart of an Earth Pony."
And, if there's anyone who has good and true intentions, (sometimes shown in the wrong way *cough* Lesson Zero *cough*), it certainly is Twilight. So in a way, she actually does show and use Earth Pony magic. You gotta remember that Earth Ponies don't just harvest fields, which it seems like with the Apple Family.
