Basically, he is a storm Titan. Okay, I can get behind this. Please tell me Celestia sends the Wonderbolts to try and contain the sentient weather pattern that accidentally destroyed half a town. Because good stories need conflict. That, and Dash needs to learn her heroes are just ponies.

I'm glad about the positive feedback, and thank you so much for the great idea. I'll be sure to credit you when the chapter with that scene comes out, but it might not be for some time, since this starts a little while before Episode 1.
Attention everyone! I am cancelling this story and starting a new one, since the Displaced group has been rude enough to ban me from their group, while still trying to keep my story. Therefore, I will be cancelling this one and releasing a new story sometime soon. Expect loads of shenanigans, and a big thanks to Grankugawa for helping to inspire me to continue.
This is definitely going to be interesting when it's rewritten.
