I noticed some missing letters hear and there but this seems Interesting. Though I can't seem to offer a thumbs up for some reason.
It's certainly a high quality story, but ten billion sounds like a bit too much. A FAIR bit too much. I feel this level of technological and magical progress would be achieved in two thousand years, top. Ten billion sounds like a silly number, big just to be big and not thought out.
Also, kudos to you for making Sunset an Alicorn.

I concur... Though I could also just about stretch to writing it off as simply for comedic effect, depending on how the rest of the story pans out.
But yeah, a couple of thousand... or one or possibly even several hundreds (given the rate of technolgical progress tends to accelerate the more advanced you get) would be a more "realistic" number; but whether that is what you want to go for rather depends on how serious this is intended to be (at the moment I'm 50% believing that such a long time (especially if an "unrealistic" time) would change them beyond recognition and 50% that they are just trolling Tech Leader really hard.)

A few centuries or millennia would be fine. Ten million years is so much time that even the continents wouldn't be very recognizable, much less the species inhabiting them. Also, Tech Leader's appearance and loadout are inconsistent at times. Her cutie mark is visible, yet wetting herself would run the risk of shorting something out were it not for the insulation? To say nothing of being a grey and white, yellow-furred, black-maned mare.
And then there's the whole "Discord ex machina" thing. He could've stopped Tech Leader with a snap of his fingers at any time, turn all her tech into cheap plastic or gummi frogs.
In all, this has some fun ideas, but it needs a bit more thought and polish to fully realize them.

Wouldn't Tech Leader technically be speciesist, not racist? Earth Ponies, Pegasi and Unicorns are different races. Dragons are a separate species entirely.

Another common interpretation is that Earth Ponies, Unicorns, and Pegasi are tribes. It doesn't seem too farfetched for ponies and, say, dragons to be different races. Maybe that's how they say it in Equestria. Plus, it's a bit weird to apply the term species to a sapient race.
It's kinda like how we say 'alien races,' and not 'alien species.'

A masterpiece.
As much as I like this story, it has so many holes it makes Swiss Cheese jealous. My biggest issue is that you started in the middle, and not the beginning like you're supposed too.
And that's not counting the time skip, and massive unbelievability of what happned to the Mane 7 and others. To me anyway.
So faved. But...
The first part was good, but the future part was just too weird.:(
