Those scare methods cause more harm then good, and in real life have back fired in ways that caused great damage.
anyways love the story, how it going and love how Clestia knows the human Twilight, and my favorite part was Derpy.
Please write more of her in it, love the idea of Derpy becoming friends with Sunset as well.

With her first foster family, they would punish her for turning away a meal and again with her next family who was a lot harsher with her if she did anything. The first was actually pretty nice, and usually scolded her or grounded her or other such punishments until she admitted why she didn't want to. The second was more harsh in their punishments and she got used to eating meat from living with them.

6340219 My husband and I are looking at all of our stories, and we were going to go with one of his and my H2O story to rewrite first, but things would be too difficult to do we were planning for H2O. So we are going to go back to waiting for Friendship Games as it will play an important role in the story and we want to see how it works. Just don't look for an accurate retelling of Friendship Games in the story
That being said, we've decided to go with this story for the one I want to focus on for now out of my stories and wait for Friendship games and the few changes we have made will give Sunset a happier future despite her rough past.

back in February of '15, i created an oc mare by the name of starlight shimmer, the daughter of my oc and sunset. even though this is different from my starlight, its nice to see her name in a story, and im always liking the stories where sunset wanted princess sunbutt to be a motherly figure in her life, have a like and fav, good story sofar
I thought that Star was Sci-Twi, but I didn't expect THAT bombshell. On a side note, Sunset sounds a little like my sis when she's slightly angry. I also liked how the story is an almagate of every Sundoption fic. Heck, I didn't even think it was possible for Cadence to or Shining tell the two Celestias or Twilights apart, respectively. Or that it was possible for Sunset to have a pseudo-parental bond with them.
And another thing... I'm hoping Sunburst won't be a spineless wreck if he's featured in the story.
