Very well written, I like it!
It was decent at the very least. Good for a one shot ship fic so I can't really complain. TwiPie is a personal like thanks to its uniqueness, so plus for that. However the pacing could use a bit of work, and there were a few errors grammar and formatting. Also not quite sure why you went with italic's for dialogue, your not really supposed to do that.
So it's good, but could be improved.

The whole doing this when anypony spoke thing was a little unnerving, but other than that...
It also felt a little rushed...
But it was great. I truly appreciated it for it's gleam of beauty.

I found this after searching for my usual Flutterdash stories. As it didn't clash with Flutterdash I read it and am so glad I did. It was just sooo Twilight. Scared of the unknown, just like when she first found friendship.
If you were to add more to this story I will read it as It certainly is a worthwhile read.
More of the whole show not tell would deepen the story too, but its certainly well wroth reading as your current style stands.

It was pretty good my only suggestion is that make the story longer. prolong the events leading to the climax. cuz it kinda felt short
I have to applaud Pinkie Pie in this one, because of her acceptance of the possibility of being rejected. And Twilight...I'm so glad this wasn't another "I feel guilty because I made her sad by rejecting her so I gotta fix that!" A realistic answer to Pinkie, you made it clear enough that Twilight was attracted to Pinkie and in love with her, and it didn't end up feeling at all like she was humoring her. MOST of the shipfics I've read lately make that mistake. I'm generally a nitpicker when it comes to a story, but I can't really nitpick this story! ...I don't give a crap about the technical aspects of writing so if there are problems there, I forgot. Very emotionally moving fic. Makes me want to check out your other stuff. (after I finish my Twipie Binge, of course)

Thanks for the warning. That definitely wouldn't be good for my brain. I probably won't be reading stories that aren't tagged "romance" for a long time, and I think I can find out which stories are depressing by reading comments. A bunch of crying in the comments of a final chapter would be telling enough. ..Though they might also spoil a story. >_0 i'll figure out a system later.
This is why I only read completed fics.
