When Eggman sets his sights on the world of Equestria, will the mane 6 be able to beat him? or will the help of some new arrivals be just what they need to save Equestria from not just Eggman, but other threats. Romance tag added due to romance occuring later in the story.
this way i can avoid a bunch of whiners
>>658210 funny since Shadow values Rouge and Omega as his closest friends. and after beating black doom Sonic is like a friend to him. he doesn't feed off Negativity to get strong. in fact he fights for the greater good, even though it's more like protecting what maria loved. he may be anti-hero but he's not heartless.
LOL how ironic. Checked your DA page an hour ago to see if you've posted any journal entry about any progress, and now I find out that the next chapter has been released. 
Still again, nice going. Can't wait to see Chrysalis' butt flying all around the place. Shadow is good with that sort of things

Trixie seemed to lack humility due to insecurity. after what happened in FiE it hit me, she could represent Humility. after thinking more about it, Humility is a great trait to have around friends. so i decided to apply it. glad it's getting positive reception as an element of harmony.
I decided to read this whole fic so far and I'll say this about it all:
You sir, suck at punctuation, but who cares when you're reading a kickass story?! I don't care that there's terrible punctuation because I can understand what's going on. The only thing I kinda disaprove on is that Sonic and Rainbow Dash are starting to fall in love with each other. I'm okay with it, but I prefer Rainbow Dash with Fluttershy and Sonic with Amy (yes, I'm a FlutterDash and SonAmy fan. Bite me). Sonic has a pre-dark form, you know when he's still "sane". Dark blue fur (nearly black), quills are like they usually are, and dark emerald green eyes. That's another issue though. Anyways, I love how nervous they all are and all the comedy throughout all of it. You, my friend, have earned a watch and a moustache! 
>>787256 hey i support them couples too, so yeah. but i feel like i want to focus on other things, like sondash and shit like that. anyhoo moving away from this moot point. i do know about the predark form, however due to dash being in trouble after Invert used her power on Sonic it made him skip that and go straight to Dark. i am glad you enjoy a story not for it's punctuation, but for the fact you still understand what is happening. so i say yay
>>788077 In fact, another reason why I like this story is because my character is actually based off of Sonic. He's blue, has emerald green eyes, he's extremely fast (0-60 in less than a nanosec), has his own version of Chaos Control (Time Stop) (Make sense since my character is Time Lord's, aka Dr. Whooves', cousin), and has the same attidude as Sonic. He also has a super form and a dark form. Even though MLP is now my favorite series, Sonic will always be my favorite in video games. If I played 06 (which is not cannon, thank Celestia), he probably wouuldn't be. I love how funny this story is. Also, Sonic need to learn how to control himself in dark form. That would definitely help later on in the story if could control his dark form.
>>852675 actually Metal had it first. in Sonic Heroes he copied everyone's data, including Chaos's. he'd then add the data to himself to increase his power and abilities. he sees her Pinkie Sense as a valuable ability that would benefit him. so he's going to fight her to see the data in action and copy it as it happens. then he adds the data to his own. hence why he was disguised as Eggman in Heroes, it was to watch them fight and copy every little detail.
>>853115 same here, but he copied everyone except team rose, he stole froggy and chocola to get Chaos's data, which allowed him to transform my guess is. even though he only used Chaos Control, he copied everyone. i checked the Sonic Wikia for this. some of his basic moves while Metal Madness and Overlord resemble some of the others. not sure, just remember what i read. so i'm gonna go with what it said and make one hell of a plot device with it.

Considering she has no logic or reason behind her senses, his immensely logical machine code won't like it much. Believe me, I'm a programmer, machines don't like illogical statements.

>>874350 That could've been a good game. Hell, it could've been one of the best games ever. Sega decided to fire their old testers when they said the game sucked and needed more work. Then, they hired new ones and made them say the game was great. Basically, the game was released from stores when it was still in beta. But if there is anything that Sonic 06 was good for, music would be the main thing. It may be the worst game, but it has pretty kickass music.
>>917794 you mean the finale of the Stargazer Saga? that might be another 10-20 chapters. hopefully 10. as for the Grand Finale, the end to Sonic FiE, that will probably be after 100+ chapters. since i've got 3 more major story arcs. considering on fusing story arc 3 and 4 together and just have one as a halfway point in the saga 3. and then end it with saga 4. if not then saga 5 will be the ender. still considering on merging 3 and 4 together into a single one though.

>>966335 i think he could've fought him without the emeralds to begin with. it's just they made it that way to show off a 3d super sonic and to make it more dramatic. in fact Sonic Adventure was when i first heard of and saw Super Sonic. swear that.
and with Sonic Generations they had the perfect way to fight Chaos without super sonic.
"How dare you! Do you have no shame?! Touching a lady in a most inappropriate place! Why I never! Does your mother know you do this! You rotten thing!" she shouted at the bot, the bot just sweatdropped and backed away in fear and shame. Rouge just sweatdropped and chuckled at the scene.
Great anime reference right there!!
Also, great Gurren Lagann reference there, but I wasn't expecting Rarity to do it! LOL!

Nice. Two references in one chapter. Egg Emperor, the final boss for each team in Sonic Heroes, (which I beat in about 14 seconds with Team Sonic, I kid you not) (Metal Madness/Metal Overlord is a final story boss in my opinion) and Egg Dragoon from Sonic Unleashed. I have one question though: How does Rouge know about the Egg Emperor when she wasn't even in Unleashed?
